Hi! I'm Steph, I teach guitar and voice to beginners ages 7 and beyond.
As a lifelong singer songwriter, my focus with my students is nurturing a musical connection that will last well beyond our lessons together.
I have my seasons of performing mixed with seasons of bedroom writing and recording. Both are valuable in my opinion. My goal is to show up and honor my students in whatever season they are in.
Whether that's taking them through the basics or preparing them for a performance.
I have 10 years of experience as a vocal performer, 5 years experience as a solo singer songwriter and 3 years of experience as a teacher.
When I'm not making music, I'm shepherding preschoolers at my day job, cooking a fun meal, playing nutritionist on myself, or making a playlist on Spotify.
I like to keep my life as light as my lessons. If you or your child has fun and learns a little, it's a job well done.
